If you’re at all familiar with recruitment, then you’re familiar with the Adecco Group; in market share and revenue, they’re the second-biggest recruitment organisation in the world. When their Australian branch was in need of a new website and jobs board technology, they came to Applyflow.
Adecco outgrew their legacy site – and they were starting to feel the strain of that old technology
Ryan, Jessica, and Clementine from Adecco Australia had a problem. Their website was doing great —they had over 8,000 backlinks, around 40,000 visits each month, and more than 700 keywords ranking in the top three results of Google Search—but they were hardly able to change it at all. Adding or removing pages or page content was a headache, and new pages didn’t optimise meta details very well.
To add to their frustrations, Adecco had undergone two brand refreshes since 2017, but the website didn’t reflect their polished, updated look. Although their old site was great at launch, it had long overstayed its welcome. It was time for Adecco Australia’s digital overhaul.
